As a lifelong resident of Minnesota real estate in South Minneapolis' Lake of the Isles, Edina, Minnetonka and Plymouth area, I have learned a few things.  Minnesota is more than an address; it is a culture that has very specific rules and preferred etiquette when it comes to the buying or selling process.  The best description I ever heard to describe us was “Minnesotan's don’t car pool”.

Minnesotan's are fiercely independent, make well-educated decisions, very innovative, community oriented and take an interest in local politics.

The buying and selling process in real estate MN includes independent fact gathering of information as well as searching for competent and trust worthy representation is just as important as the actual MN home for sale.
